The seeds of TNGL were sown during a global pandemic, a time when the resilience of individuals, particularly women in the corporate sector and solo entrepreneurs, was put to the ultimate test. It was then that I witnessed the silent struggles, the unspoken challenges that many faced while juggling myriad roles, responsibilities, and aspirations.
The lack of a robust support system for these remarkable individuals became painfully evident. Mental health issues, financial constraints, gender inequality, the fear of failure, and an unfavorable business environment all cast shadows on the path to success. The timidity induced by societal expectations further compounded these challenges.
TNGL is not just an organization; it is a response, a commitment, and a vision. A response to the pressing needs and unmet aspirations of those who, against all odds, strive to make a difference.
